I founded Alpha Omega Wireless, Inc, a wireless integration company building outdoor wireless networks, in 2003. I am also a  Strategic Advisor withAptive Index, helping organizations optimize talent, improve team performance, and make smarter hiring decisions through cutting-edge psychometric insights and AI-driven analysis.

I’m a  U.S. Army Disabled Veteran, where I worked on the Pershing II Missile System. I have a B.S. in Communications with an emphasis in Computer Science from Oregon State University.

An active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), I have served as President of the Idaho Chapter and held multiple board roles across the Idaho and Austin Chapters.
